FounderWith a background spanning both B2B and B2C marketing, Amanda brings deep experience in brand development, digital strategy, content creation, website development, social media, and promotional marketing.
Throughout her career, she has worked across a wide range of industries, including technology, interior design, real estate, architecture, promotional products, health and wellness, financial services, non-profits, and consumer products. She has led marketing initiatives for established companies, launched innovative products and digital experiences, and built MarKarma to offer personalized, high-impact support for businesses ready to elevate their presence and connect more meaningfully with their audiences.
Amanda is known for blending strategic thinking with creative execution, helping clients refine their voice, strengthen their brand identity, and show up consistently across every touchpoint. Whether she is developing a marketing roadmap, writing compelling copy, building a website, or shaping a social media strategy, her focus is always on delivering thoughtful work that drives results.
She holds a B.A. in Mass Communications and an MBA with honors from Iona University. Beyond marketing, Amanda is passionate about wellness, community, and inspiring others to live and work with intention.

PresidentTina brings a unique combination of operational expertise and marketing insight, with over a decade of experience working inside dental practices and several years supporting businesses through digital platforms, marketing systems, and client success initiatives.
Her background includes roles as a dental assistant, office manager, and practice leader, where she developed and implemented systems that help practices operate more efficiently and grow sustainably. Tina has trained front desk teams, supported treatment planning processes, improved case acceptance, and built patient recare programs and email nurturing strategies designed to strengthen long-term patient relationships. She has also supported startup dental practices as they establish strong operational and administrative foundations.
In addition to her deep understanding of service-based business operations, Tina has extensive experience working with digital tools and marketing platforms, including advertising campaigns, website systems, client onboarding processes, and quality assurance initiatives. This blend of operational and marketing knowledge allows her to approach business growth holistically, helping clients strengthen both their internal systems and their external brand presence.
Tina works closely with local businesses, including dental practices, restaurants, real estate professionals, and other service-based companies, to improve visibility, streamline communication, and attract new customers through thoughtful marketing strategies.
